Tiger (who was in the wild for 16 months) plays with Shen, teaching her how to be a killer ... go for the neck. Shen is not afraid of Tiger and gives it back to her ... first lesson learned. ;-)

My 2 cats go at each other frequently. I can see one of them doing things to get the other going so they can do this fight play.

This is an important part of their learning when young.

Love the pictures. We had two cats about the same age difference -- they became inseparable (brother and sister) and defended each other against outsiders e.g. other cats and dogs. BTW, I feel your pain about the shopping!

Tiger is a good teacher. Shen is learning well.

I vote for Shen to be the Trainorders Mascott!

Haha - love the third picture...that's quite an expression on Shen!!

Shen will visit the Junction next Saturday. She goes to the vet Friday in Purcellville (halfway between home and the Junction) for her operation, and I should be able to pick her up Saturday and go rail fanning (weather permitting).

The only thing "killer" about Megan is her eyes. She's a love bug and never attacks our other cat. She clearly lives the pampered and spoiled life indoors.

But Megan isn't very fond of the loud noise that comes from the garage every once in a while. (Neighbors probably aren't very keen about it either.)

The horn pictured is an Airchime M3H. While being restored, the base coat of paint seemed to indicate it came from a GTW locomotive originally.

What a beautiful kitty---I hope if you take her to Shenadoach jct you dont let her out of the car Both of us would feel very bad if she escaped.

No, she will stay in her carrier and sleep. She is not supposed to be active after surgery. ;-)

As a cat guy, I thought all of those photos were cool.
