Eastern Railroad Discussion > New rail customer at Doswell Va. ???

Hello to All,I just returned from a day trackside with the guys. We stopped at Doswell to see if anything was moving. Buckingham Branch was moving some cars around, otherwise it as slow.

But....we did notice construction underway alongside the RF&P southbound to C&O westbound connection. It is a large lightweight metal framework with a short bulk material elevator inside. It looks like it is just tall enough to transfer material from truck to rail.Anyone have any details on this project?
