MoW crews are working on the NS Newcastle District at Muncie. The only equipment I saw was a spike machine (is that what it's called) near the McGalliard road crossing. I probably have the type of machine wrong, but it has a long arm with two wheels on it extending from the main body, and a big hydraulic hammer on either side of the rails.
