Eastern Railroad Discussion > Homer City/Indiana County rail grants

I was reading where Governor Corbett awarded rail grants for Homer City. Is this money going to the rail going into the power plant or are they redoing the line else where. Also i read where they are putting some money into Riker Yard are they expanding or just upgrading. Any info would help.

This is Homer City PA. There was a grant proposed for the power plant access, but I don't know if that's the money in question here.
