As far as I know, it will. No holiday shut down this year, and 211 and 21M typically run on Thanksgiving morning every year even under reduced operations. No way will NS let UPS's trailers that are loaded and delivered tonight sit for a day.

If memory serves, this train will likely be west through Reading toward Harrisburg, PA tomorrow before noon. Anyone know if it's been getting out any earlier these days?

Well, this morning the 211 met the 212 between Belt and Tulp in Reading at about 06:30.

As a rule, 211 is usually leaving Harrisburg - Lurgan Branch bound around 8am.
Wish I knew if it would indeed be on the 211 !!

Nope. My guess, based on past observations of 211 on holidays, will be it running tomorrow but with the same later schedule as on Saturdays. Unless something drastic occurs, UP 1996 should be the third of three units.
