Conrail inspects CMSL's equipment prior to allowing the train to run on Conrail (Conrail trackage rights on NJDOT's railroad) between Tuckahoe and Richland. The "Lehigh Valley" F units are on the property at Tuckahoe: Dec 1 photo.
