Eastern Railroad Discussion > Railfan gifts catalogs ???Date: 12/03/12 22:34 Railfan gifts catalogs ??? Author: SilvertonRR100 Over the past years, I used to get two gift catalogs of RR oriented items. One was Schraders Gifts and the other, well, thats what I am trying to remember. Anyone recall????
Thanks, and sorry about multiple postings. Rob Date: 12/03/12 22:45 Re: Railfan gifts catalogs ??? Author: Ron I got one from Schraders this year. That's the only one I usually receive.

Date: 12/04/12 08:12 Re: Railfan gifts catalogs ??? Author: P I ordered a book several years ago from Historic Rail as a Christmas Gift for someone. Bottom line is that it took MONTHS for the book to arrive and it was well past Christmas. I vowed to never order from them again, and I haven't. This company does reliably send me catalogs though, so it is a good bet that this is the one you remember
Schrader's is the best and I have ordered numerous items from them. Always prompt and good to work with. I recently received a catalog from a company I think was called A-Train. Some interesting stuff in there, but I have yet to try them. I think they somehow got my name within the last year or so and I have only received a couple of mailings from them. Historic Rail is the one I was thinking of. They had a litho I wanted, but may no longer have it as it was on clearance the last I knew, a couple years ago. Some mentioned A-Train.com, but that only goes to a music store. Rob Date: 12/05/12 05:06 Re: Railfan gifts catalogs ??? Author: csxmonsubfan SilvertonRR100 Wrote:

They just sent me a catalog which I believe came from subscribing to Trains Magazine. Date: 12/05/12 19:13 Re: Railfan gifts catalogs ???
