Eastern Railroad Discussion > A switcher in Carlisle, PA - Help?Date: 12/04/12 12:18 A switcher in Carlisle, PA - Help? Author: fickelj While exploring Chambersburg (PA) yesterday, I returned through Carlisle to see if I could find the NS Local H59 working the western end of town.
It wasn't there but I did find this switcher that has been working the overflow of cars that NS brings in to a local warehouse. Markings appear to be "JRS 91". Can anyone help with it's history?
