Nice to see in that part of the world. Question...Does the buffer car stay with the tank cars when dropped at the refinery?

BNSF 704 left South Jersey on empty oil train NS 65D Friday morning, photographed in Pennsauken crossing Cove Road, passing CP HATCH, and climbing the Delair Branch Connecting Track.
