Export Engines through Harrisburg

An NS 098 came through the Harrisburg area this afternoon with what I understand are export engines for Indonesia (as reported on a Yahoo group) going through Norfolk. Any additional info would be much appreciated. Seen at Marysville and Lucknow St. just east of Rockville Bridge and west of the fuel pad.

Held at CP BANKS for a 1pm crew change, which didn't happen on schedule.
Then there were signal problems most of the day from CP Rockville to CP Harrisburg. Trains were being talked by them, then a stop & top at the fuel pad. They finally hit the Lurgan Branch around 4:20pm.
