GREETINGS and good morning.
Does anyone have any updates on NS train 65R?
it might have the Savannah & Atlanta in the lead of it today.

65R with the 1065 leading, went through Alliance at 4:40 AM EST. Has a Conway to Toledo crew. Hope everyone is safe today out venturing! Have a happy Sunday.

Just passed railstream berea,oh cam right before 6:00 edt dpu was added to rear since it passed Cresson.

I will be out in the field near Toledo by 7:30. I will update from there if and when I see the Savannah and Atlanta.

Went through Vermilon, OH at around 07:00 AM EST. Was moving at around 35 MPH. Good luck to anyone going out today!

(1) 65R approaching Fearing Street in Toledo at 0927.
(2) New TILX tank cars near the rear of the train.
(3) DPU locomotive 1056.

After fueling all 3 units it left Elkhart about 30 mins ago, 1:30 ext approximately

The dread of these things is when you know they're coming and the weather is horrible. I think you made good out of a bad forecast and conditions. DPU going away is cool as well. I know we're all going to get tired of them, but hey, until then.

I managed to get a video clip of him at Danbury, Ohio MP249
early just as it was breaking daylight.
That was the first DPU I had seen on an oil train.
Pretty cool I thought.
