Eastern Railroad Discussion > Steam railroading on America's BirthdayDate: 07/06/13 07:30 Steam railroading on America's Birthday Author: hoydie17 I traveled up to Hockessin, Delaware for the Fourth of July to enjoy the festivities in the company of good friends. While there, a series of fantastic photo opportunities presented themselves, and I didn't miss the chance to exploit them.
Pictured here, Wilmington & Western's Alco 4-4-0 is seen backing down from the station on its way to the engine house in Marshallton More photos after the jump... http://nightstalkerphotoworks.com/blog/happy-birthday-america-2/ Date: 07/06/13 08:01 Re: Steam railroading on America's Birthday Author: refarkas Beautiful image. Had I not seen the radio in one man's hand and had I not seen his shirt, I'd almost be willing to say this was taken many years ago.
