I was thinking of Atlantic Electric plant. In Conrail days I never remember us running unit trains to the plant you mention. It was blocks in regular trains. Is this something that developed since the Conrail takeover? Funny thing is I listen to Wilmington railfan radio most of the day, and it reaches to Deepwater because i hear CA-11 getting its track warrant to go north about mid-morning. But I've never heard a 506/507 train symbol.
