I plan to do some railfanning along CSX's Capital Sub this upcoming week. Its been quite a bit of time, since summer, so can someone please tell me what is new along the Cap. This used to be my old stomping ground before college.

Frederick commuter service begins on Monday. Ties gangs have been working through the Fall.
