Eastern Railroad Discussion > CSX Cleveland slow down... 8100 in vicinity

Been listening to the scanner much of the morning, track work shutting down track 2 on the main has both Eastbounds & Westbounds stuck at a stand still in the Cleveland area. They must switch back & forth to main 1 from the short line, needless to say, they're sharing a single track.

NS 8100 NKP (currently on the East side of Cleveland, with one more ahead of it) is stuck waiting on at least 3 or more Eastbounds, that are West of MP 13 (which is West of Berea) with one having the set off a car at Parma ... so things are looking very slow.

Anyone wanting a good show with blue sky, today would be perfect for trip to Berea.
