NS 8103 Location ?

It was shown in Georgetown , Ky on HU six days ago. I have seen no other information. Any help would be appreciated.

Currently the yard power for Toyota at Delaplain, just north of Gerogetown.

The Norfolk and Western Heritage unit was working the Toyota plant yard at 12:30 pm. When not working it may be visible at yard office under Ky 620 (Cherry Blossom Drive ). You can get partial view from access road (public) on North side of road. You can get within 30 yards of track.
