A new set of SD40-2s to Lamberts point

I railfan Norfolks' Lamberts Point yard regularly but have not seen this set until today. Fresh paint on them and even a Jegs sticker on one of them. Jegs sell loco parts too?

Must have gotten a Cold Air Intake from Jegs installed on their SD40-2. ;)
