Could anyone tell me where the SDP45 lives in Roanoke? Stopping at the VMT tomorrow and would like to drive by it.

If it's still there you should be able to see it from Shenandoah Ave, it parallels the yard for a good bit. Google street view in the vicinity of 1201 Shenandoah still shows it, but that image is 2 years old.

I was in Roanoke 3 weeks ago and saw the unit . If there is not a train parked near the street, it is visible. The unit is across the yard and a fair distance from the street. More often than not, it is difficult to get a good shot. Plus you will be shooting thru a chain link fence. Good luck.
