"Pause at Paw Paw"

At 9 am this morning, I came through Paw Paw, WV and saw a stopped CSX westbound manifest on track one....Headlight dark...looked like trash containers behind the power. At 7 pm this evening, I again came through Paw Paw....and the train was still there. What gives?

DS mentioned he had a dead train out there. Lot of problems Friday night that outlawed trains.
