WB Q418 on Philly Sub.

I think I heard one of these yesterday afternoon or so, but this afternoon see one. Leader CSX7734 and two other 'DF' units, and 95 cars we do not see here. I think this is the Pavonia to Selkirk train; can't find my symbol list. Anybody know what is going on?

I've been told they are rerouting trains via Cumberland, MD to be classified there due to congestion problems at Selkirk.
