Does anyone have a good handle on the current operations on the CSXT Shenandoah Subdivision between Harper's Ferry, WV and Strasburg, VA? I know there are locals based out of Winchester, but what trains from where bring the traffic to Winchester? And is there any pattern to the rock trains?
