Morning Trains in Fostoria, OH
Author: jkh2cpu

Trackside in the Morning is a favorite time for me to be watching and
recording. I took these at Poplar street by the CSX and NS mains.
First we see a CSX highball through town, and at the same time the BNSF
headlight shows on track two. I think he was headed north to Walbridge
and probably after that up to Detroit. Before the 'coalie' can continue,
he has to wait for the NS to run west. In all, the BNSF waited about
40 minutes before moving on.

Yeah! 'Coalie.' That's what we call a coal train over at ABPR
(alt.binaries.pictures.rail.) Sometimes it's just 'Coal Buckets.'

John.
