Because Chillicothe IL is EAST of the Mississippi, but this got started over on the Western board.... No matter. IAIS ran a set of fundraising excursions shuttling between Chillicothe IL and Henry IL to benefit several local volunteer fire departments. They are one class act! Photos over at:
