Ex Santa Fe SD&%'s in Altoona today

Was going by NS Altoona shop today on Amtrak 43 and saw two Ex ATSF/BNSF SD75's in the storage tracks spray painted with NS 2800 series. Has NS purchased some of these previously or is this a new series they are taking on?

NS has purchased seven of the former BNSF/ATSF SD75M's via National Railway Equipment. Two have been delivered thus far.

I saw these units at Conway on September 19th, with the 2803/5 crudely painted on, and numberboards blanked out.
