NYC on 20R each side of Dawkins

Saw the report of the NYC in Chicago early this morning and took a chance that the Chicago congestion might give me a chance to catch him east of New Haven, IN. I showed up just as the West End of New Haven signal was called. I made it just in time. Luckily the 20R was routed through the Dawkins siding where a westbound NS roadrailer led by 9357 was holding the main. Train is shown just west of West Dawkins through the unharvested corn fields and east of East Dawkins, IN milepost 358 on the former Nickel Plate this morning.
