Commuter Passenger Cars on CSX P & W Sub

As I was coming home from work at 5:10, I saw a train of commuter cars loaded on flat cars going eastbound at Etna PA on the CSX P & W sub.

The cars were silver/gray with blue Metropolitan Transit Authority lettering.

There were about 12 cars in the train.

We have a facility in nearby West Mifflin that builds and refurbishes passenger equipment. Perhaps they were headed there.

Any one with an idea as to what is happening with these cars?
