CEFX SD40-2 Snoot "Bluebird"

Yesterday I saw a CEFX SD40-2 snoot newly painted in the CEFX blue scheme. I did not get a unit number. I am guessing it would be ex-UP. But don't know for sure. I did not know that CEFX had snoots on their roster does anyone know anything more?

Likely CEFX 3423, ex-UP 3423. currently leased to UP. Its working on CSX right now.

Speaking of CEFX SD40-2s, anyone seen 3153 and up or know anything about them?
