It happens every day. WLE has a crew working from New London, OH to Willard with their wb train - call time at New London is noon. The arrival in Willard varies depending on CSX congestion at Willard. Then they build their eb train at Willard and return to New London. It could take as little as six hours to make the round trip if the railroad is free and available.
