Do you think the parking lot will still be avalible to park at or will the whole area be "tresspassing". I hope it will stay, also the AmTrailer would be a nice railfan building with a built-in scaner(not that that would happen!!)

Last time I was in Hamlet I had to sit in the field between the tracks which wasnt too pleasant in the summer heat, so I would have to say i would like to see them replace the awning to hopelully provide a little shade. Also the trailer idea sounds good as well.
