Eastern Railroad Discussion > NS #203 w/ CN D8-40CM #2451 arrives in Buford, GA

Was able to track NS #203 down the Piedmont pretty easily over the past day as it was heading to Atlanta. Got a call at 0930 that it was behind Amtrak, which was stopping for a station stop in Gainesville. I grabbed Jake and we headed trackside to "railfan hill" in Buford, GA just over the 600.0 MP and the signal bridge at Walters. NS #203 arrived in Buford at 1041 hrs on 12/13/14. ~30 minutes behind schedule.

Image #2 - CN #2451 still has most of the snow she did yesterday when Mr. Davies shot her in northern VA....

Nice catch. I caught this same train a few days ago, up north in PA with a KCS SD70ACe as the 3rd unit in a 4 unit set. Love those full body units of the CN. Ben
