If I recall correctly, they're taking this week off on the trackwork because of some special event requiring SEPTA service.

That special event is more than likely the Philly Auto Show. Starts tommorrow, runs thru the end of next week I believe.

That's what I remember seeing from last week - moratorium this weekend due to the auto show, return to the track work & subsequent detours next weekend.
