Author: santoro2020 IC 1019 is leading Q279 and has been stuck in Syracuse for the past few days with no movement until today when it got a crew OD before dawn today but they ended up not moving at all and were replaced with another crew about 5 hours ago (5-6PM). Does anybody know if this train's second attempt with a crew for today will get it moving through the congestion around the Buffalo area?
