What will the primary use of this yard be once the rebuild is complete?

According to a couple of CSX employees I spoke to, the yard will be used to inspect unit trains headed to/from points in Florida. All autorack trains that currently stop in Waycross will go to Baldwin instead to alleviate congestion in Rice Yard. Coal trains will also stop here for inspections and crew changes.

It seems like it is taking RJ Corman an awfully long time to complete this project.

I heard there will be a Locomotive inspection pit (?) also
