Eastern Railroad Discussion > Yesterday's Railfanning Activities.Date: 03/23/15 18:33 Yesterday's Railfanning Activities. Author: ns5801 Yesterday my dad took me to go railfanning after finishing up some work on our new deck. First we went to Wilmerding then we headed to Manor PA to catch Amtrak 43 with a new Viewliner II Baggage car on the end.
1. When we arrived at CP Wing there were two trains stopped and waiting for a new crew. The train one the left is westbound empty oil terrain 67Z. The one on the right is a westbound coal train destined for Shire Oaks. 2. Westbound empty oil train 65T passes the two trains. This one caught me by surprise. 3. A roster shot of the two BNSF units on 67W. more to come. ns5801 Date: 03/23/15 18:41 Re: Yesterday's Railfanning Activities. Author: dschlegel Shot 2 is awesome!

5. The next location was Manor PA. Here is an eastbound set of light helpers. 6. Amtrak 43 (NS 07T) rounds the bend into Manor with a great train. The leader of the train is Amtrak 512 a B32, which was sadly repainted from Phase 4 to Phase 5. More To Come. Date: 03/23/15 18:46 Re: Yesterday's Railfanning Activities.
