Eastern Railroad Discussion > FYI "Monster Power Move over Sand Patch"Date: 03/31/15 09:48 FYI "Monster Power Move over Sand Patch" Author: deeck This was actually 2 "lite" power moves called as 1 X790
X790 was the 960 - 109 -5237 - 8352 - 6089 - 4028 - CP 6243 - CP 9685 All for Chicago X786-29 was 5332 - 4717 - 4765 - 4532 - 4588 - 4798 - 4791 - 4568 - 4711 - 4779 All SD70ac"s were DIT enroute to ??? Train is profiled to Evansville Ind. Possibly Metro East??? As for the 4 engines set up as "Boxcars" rules say you can't have more than 15 units in a consist and this was done to comply with that rule 14 units in consist and "4 Boxcars" Date: 03/31/15 13:32 Re: FYI "Monster Power Move over Sand Patch" Author: Poker2662 There was a similar power move a couple weeks ago. The power move left Cumberland with 12 units (5 regular service units and 7 SD70AC's) and went west to Greenwich, Ohio, where the head four units were cut off an taken to Willard while one trailing unit and six trailing SD70AC's were cut off and sent south to Huntington WV (so I'm told, may not be correct).
