21Q with the NS and 65E with CofG today
Author: FEC2000

I managed to catch the 21Q with the Norfolk Southern 8114 and the 65E with Central of Georgia 8101 both on the NS Cleveland Line.

1. 21Q at Brady Lake, OH running on a restricting signal

2. 21Q at Lake Rockwell Rd bridge, Kent, OH

3. 65E at RT5 bridge Rootstown, OH

I totally lucked out with the 65E shots as the sun popped out for a brief minute.

Good news is with that Dash 9 facing West on the 21Q the 8114 power will need to be spun and it will lead going back East tomorrow

Great shots Jeff! You brat :)

21Q power typically runs back on 20Q or 20K yes?

Not neccesarily, it depends on what time it arrives and which yards need power the most, if it doesnt arrive til the early morning theres a good chance it could go out leading 26T. It could get moved to Park Manor or Ashland, Ashland is always short power for outbound trains

Jeff you were just over a mile away from me to the east and I was not as fortunate with the sun; but nice way to end a busy day at work.  Thanks for the information as I was heading out of work too.
