Leaser Leads A Manifest

Taken on April 17th, 2015 at Marmet, West Virginia along CSX Transportation's Kanawha Subdivision. Caught CITX 3070 leading a westbound manifest through town the other day with three other standard cab EMDs in tow as they take Q303-16 towards Russell, Kentucky.
