Eastern Railroad Discussion > Manassas, VA - NS/Amtrak AerialsDate: 05/25/15 07:43 Manassas, VA - NS/Amtrak Aerials Author: cinder Yesterday (Sunday) was perfect for aerial photography so I shot 370 pictures of 21 sites in 2.5 hours. While over Manassas, VA, I captured these two images of the small NS yard.
1. Southbound Amtrak Regional #147 leaves Manassas on time at 4:58 pm. 2. A closer look at the NS yard sees that all is quiet on a late Sunday afternoon. However, the passenger depot is a half mile to the north. That is where the boarding will take place.
