I took the Saratoga & North Creek Railway to North Creek on August 10th, 2013, here are a few sunny shots from that day. I was not aware that they were running matched E-units at the time, what a surprise! The first shot shows them (SLRG 515 & 518) laying over between runs at North Creek. Also on hand behind the station was recently painted BL-2 SNC 52 and B39-8E SNC 8524, sidelined with plow issues.

Great photos.  Odd how the number boards are fake in the e unit.   Its a neat look though.

I was on a speeder trip on this line this past weekend.  These E-units are gone.  Present are two BL2s, the B39-8 and the former D&H RS36.  One BL2 was being used as the power for the passenger train.  They had 80 passengers on Saturday.
