Florida East Coast Railroad

I'll probably be in Florida after Thanksgiving. What would be the chances of me
catching a FEC train on either 11/27 or 12/2? I'm guessing slim to none but
wanted to ask anyway, thanks!

I'm not positive yet but I'll probably be taking a route from Jacksonville
down to Daytona?

Traffic will likely be considerably reduced on 11/27 because of the Thanksgiving holiday, but 12/2 ought to be a normal Wednesday on the railroad.

Start off in St Augustine for trains 224 and 226, which usually show up about an hour apart with the first one around 0700/0730. Then you may have a southbound local, followed by 210 around noon or so. The southbound 101 should show up in St Augustine around 1:30-2 p.m. If by then you're in Daytona, it'll be more like 3:30 p.m. for 101.

That's pretty much it for daytime traffic this time of year in that area, unless they run a 109 and it's late.

Thank you very much for the info, that's what I was after. I appreciate it
and Happy Thanksgiving!
