CSX Spartanburg to Augusta?

I'm looking for some info on current operations on the CSX line between Spartanburg,SC and Augusta,GA, since the downgrading of the Clinchfield and Georgia Roads. I assume the Q692 still runs north from Waycross to Augusta or Greenwood?  Maybe then some progression of locals up to Spartanburg and west to Greenville and Belton?  Planning a trip to the area, any info would be appreciated.
