CSX Train L355 (Cumberland to Toledo - Stanley Yard) eastbound is just leaving the Willard Sub (MP36) and heading north on the Pemberville Sub (MP88) with 4 - 6 axle motors and 245 cars.  The Bascom detector (MP31.1) indicated 1004 axles.

I would presume that this train did not come out of Cumberland with that size consist, and made a large pick-up at Willard? Axle count works out.

Showing a little over 8000 tons on the New Castle sub. So it looks like a yard cleaner out of Willard.
