Photography Around the Midwest: November 2015 - February 2016

I have not posted any photos for a while so I figured I would post a few now! I was able to get out a few times back in the Fall and aslo this winter so here are some photos. More to come...

Photo #1: An eastbound BNSF Intermodal train makes it's way through Naperville, Illinois just west of Chicago on a cool but sunny Fall day.

Photo #2: A couple weeks later, I found myself chasing this Canadian National Manifest through Iron Junction, Minnesota with a new ET44AC leading the way.

Photo #3: CSX empty oil train K143 dashes through Barberton, Ohio on the New Castle Subdivision under dark December skies with a CREX ES44AC doing the honnors.

Photo #4: Norfolk Southern's Lackawanna Heritage Locomotive leads CSX train K059 with brand new tank cars, through the quiet town of Clinton, Ohio on former B&O trackage. The train is passing some classic B&O signals, still standing guard as they have for many years.

Photo #5: A few Wheeling High Hood GP35's await assingment at Gambrinus Yard in Canton, Ohio.

Photo #6: A Norfolk Southern Intermodal dashes west past BE Tower in Berea, Ohio on a freezing January day.

Photo #7: CSX Q393 heads through Berea, Ohio with a new ET44AH leading.

Photo #8: NS empty hopper train 413 trundles eastbound through Maple Heights, Ohio with Norfolk Southern's Central of Georgia Heritage Unit leading solo.

Photo #9: The power from Wheeling & Lake Erie train 663 adds an empty centerbeam onto their train at Glenwillow, Ohio before running around their train and heading back south to Akron.
