Is there still traffic in Moultrie, GA? The last time I was down there was about 15 years ago and it seemed pretty small.

Yes.  The Georgia & Florida RY bases a switcher in Moultrie.  There is a "road train" between Albany and Sparks that runs one way a day, Mo-Fr.  Unfortunately, I was told there wasn't any predictable time when their trains run.
