According to their latest annual report, Rice Yard (Waycross, GA) is the busiest with an average of 1,843 cars a day over the hump.   Selkirk, NY was #2 with an average of 1,492 cars a day over the hump.

Hoe does this compare to NS Bellevue?

While I don't have the exact numbers, Bellevue was classifying about 1500 - 1600 cars before its expansion.  NS said it would classify up to 3000 cars post-expansion, essentially doubling its output.  However, I really doubt that it's currently handling 3000 cars a day, especially during this downturn in traffic.  In UP's annual report, Bailey Yard was classifying only 2300 cars a day.  I would think it would be safe to say that Bellevue (Moorman Yard) classifies a similar number of cars; around 2200 cars a day perhaps?

I had thought Queensgate was the largest yard and likely humped the most cars on CSX.   Is there an accurate count out there for Queesgate?

Waycross is both the largest and busiest yard on CSX.  Selkirk is again second in both of those categories.  The Cincinnati terminal handled 485,105 "units" last year.  That includes both railcars and intermodal containers.  I don't believe the Cincinnati intermodal terminal handles that many lifts, maybe 50,000 a year?  (Takes out pocket calculator) That would leave about 435,105 railcars going over the hump at Queensgate in a year, or about 1,192 a day on average.

Yes, see a previous post above yours:

Takes about a minute to search Google for "CSX 2015 annual report", download it, and use the find function for "Cincinnati".  Which produces a list of the top 10 CSX yards/terminals by volume:

Chicago, IL 1,072,809
Waycross, GA 672,801
Selkirk, NY 544,452
Indianapolis, IN 527,170
Willard, OH 517,891
Nashville, TN 497,371
Cincinnati, OH 485,105
Hamlet, NC 461,780
Louisville, KY 396,681
Toledo, OH 372,666

CSX doesn't have a hump yard in Chicago. The only yard csx has in Chicago is Barr yard and they flat switch there.

That's correct.  However, the figures above include all yards within a terminal area.  This includes hump and / or flat yards and also intermodal yards.  In Chicago's case, there were 1,072,809 railcars and intermodal containers / trailers handled at Barr Yard, Bedford Park intermodal, and 59th Street intermodal collectively.  In Toledo, OH's case, 372,666 railcars were handled at both Stanley and Walbridge yards collectively.  At terminals such as Waycross, Selkirk, Willard, and Hamlet, the only yard in town is a hump yard.  The numbers listed above for their respective terminals are pretty much the cars that go over the hump.

There is nothing in a previous post about the number of cars humped at Queensgate.   Are you able to see things that others aren't?

Well, good for you.  It is very informative to see this list - although it would be better without the snarky attitude.  This is a discussion site, and the overall discussion here has been informative to many.  I don't see the need to post how wise you are and how it enabled you to find this information.  Thanks for posting it, though.
