I can't remember but might have asked this before; is that much power normal for this local or is some of that a move to leave there at Dillerville yard?

H19 normally has 2 or 3 six axles for power.   I believe the last GE  in the consist had been used in the Lancaster yard for the last week or so.  It is now going to Enola for maybe maintenance, etc.
When he went by me, only two of the four engines were running.
