Eastern Railroad Discussion > New sand tower, Fresh engine, Both in Orange, P&OCDate: 07/17/16 10:46 New sand tower, Fresh engine, Both in Orange, P&OC Author: EH49 Pittsburgh & Ohio Central has recieved their first Orange engine actually lettered for them, 1711, a former OC unit. OC 1402 has been there a few years now in Orange, but, it is lettered for OC. This morning 1711 was parked under their new sanding tower at the McKees Rocks, Pa. facility this morning.

Would make for an interesting photograph.
