Republican National Convention and Railroads

Will the railroads change traffic patterns for the RNC? Will they detour any trains around Cleveland?

I'm sure some locals will have more info, but they put Fox News on the TV at my work and I have noticed trains going by in the background when they are in the studio set sometimes.

Can only see the top half of the train, though.

Everything seems to be running per usual.  Although the NS Chicago Main and former BKP Buffalo mains run on the north and south side of downtown, they are pretty well removed from all the chaos.
