I already have a Sony Hi-8mm and am very happy with it, and would like to have the ability to exchange batteries between the 2.. So no need to post pros or cons between Sony and other Brands... I\'ve read lots of reviews about it, and it always comes out on top as the best 5MP non-SLR digicam. The Carl Zeiss lens is among the best.

Digital that I bought in 2000 with a Carl Zeiss lens which I think is a great camera. It comes with a rechargable kit and I am still using the original battery that came with the camera. I think the camera with the Zeiss lens is a super combination. I have attached several 2560 resolution pictures I have taken recently.
