GTW 6225 West, Saturday, August 20, 2016, at about 5:05 PM. At CN Emmett Street - MP 178.6 CN South Bend Subdivision, Battle Creek, Michigan.
This is the Battle Creek, Michigan, to South Bend, Indiana, Local Assignment.

I guess it was built as DTI 225 in 1975, and was renumbered to GTW 6225 after the GTW acquired the DT&I.

There might only be 10 ex-DTI Locomotives still around on the CN.
